About MeHi My name is Turan and I've been cold smoking foods as a hobby for many years now. A wonderfully rewarding pass time which has a synergy with the recent growndswell of opinion about food and the thirst for knowing whats in it and where it came from. I firmly believe and support and promote this ethos. It can be a little boring when someones eating your smoked cheese and not only are you letting them know where the cheese was sourced from but you're also letting them know which tree the wood came from and how it was turned into dust and burned for smoke etc. As a direct result of this enthusiasm (some may say obsession) I consistently produce the most wonderful smoked salmon, smoked cheese, smoked meats and fish.
