I had my first cold-smoking session here at home a few days ago - so I thought I would share the results with you as an indication of what I got out of your course. Turan is very passionate about smoking food. It was hard to not come away wanting to give it a try yourself. I'd really recommend sharing time with Turan for anyone with an interest in learning some skills that we shouldn't let get lost to the ravages of time. You'll come away knowing lots more than when you started (even if you've read up on the subject like I have) and also realising that it's not that tricky, or expensive, to start turning out fantastic smoked products at home. .....J A London

Turan showed us all his secrets of the trade – we were amazed at what an old Quality Street tin and a flower pot can be used for! Turan’s enthusiasm and passion for smoking food really came across as he talked us through getting the best results from each different wood and method of burning it. Everyone caught Turan’s enthusiasm for smoking. feeling inspired to give it a go themselves – especially having seen how easy it is to do once you know how! .....CT Staffordshire
